The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants but there is also a supermarket nearby within a 5 minute walk.  This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with a private pool and unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. We recommend a car in this location but it isn’t essential if you enjoy a walk or there is a bus which circulates Playa Blanca and stops within 5 minutes walk of the villa. The villa is modern, stylish and comfortable, the whole design of this property has been to take the best advantage of the spectacular view. The accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 2 with twin beds, 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite to master bedroom, 1 next door to a twin bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a w.c., walk-in shower, wash basin. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin, and w.c. The lounge has a large picture window looking onto the terrace and views over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. There is a door from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area. Sun loungers and a patio set all with thick comfortable cushions are situated on the terrace and also a large parasol. The main entrance to the house is at the rear into a small vestibule. From the lounge there is an archway into the dining room which is circular and again has the same wonderful views. The dining room leads into the kitchen which is completely fitted with separate oven/hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen door leads out onto a covered dining area on the terrace which is very convenient and comfortable with the view being the back drop. Also off the kitchen there is a separate outside drying area. internet TV, an iPod docking station and a CD player are available in the lounge for your entertainment. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows except one, which is not practicable. The approximate pool dimensions are as follows: Length 8.8m, Width 5.2m, Depth 1.2m-1.6m Free wi-fi is available in the villa. There are air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms and heating provided in all areas for the winter months. Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not but they can be hired locally.
